Identify where your capacity is leaking, mentally and physically, and leading to: afternoon crashes, puffiness, overthinking at night, reliance on coffee, inability to fully switch off.

Build a clear structure that allows you to hold more and lead powerfully from a well-nourished and well-regulated body.
