The story behind the work
At one time in her life, Grace looked like she had it all together - a high-achieving lawyer in the City, thriving at a prestigious US firm, earning praise, saying yes to every opportunity and with the perfect power outfit to match.
But beneath the surface, she was running on empty - powering through exhaustion, poor gut health, panic attacks, and the relentless pursuit of perfection that came to define her twenties.
That all changed in 2019, when life forced her to stop.
Her mother was diagnosed with an aggressive brain tumour, and her father with lymphoma. Overnight, her world became a cycle of hospital appointments and caring for two parents while holding down a high-pressure legal career.
“I was on autopilot,” she says. “I was doing everything right - eating well, exercising, meditating - but I felt broken. Wellbeing had become another form of work.”
Those years changed everything. They taught Grace that true health doesn’t come from doing more or through control, but through connection - and that the same drive that creates success can, if left unchecked, also destroy it.
Redefining What Success Feels Like
Grace’s mission is to change the conversation around health and performance.
When her mother passed away, Grace made the decision to retrain as a Health and Nutrition Coach, combining her background in law with a deep understanding of how the body and mind perform under pressure.
Her work today is grounded in a simple but powerful philosophy:
your input determines your output.
How you fuel, recover and regulate your body is your true competitive edge.
Because what most of us have normalised - hitting every goal while feeling exhausted, stressed, and flat - isn’t success. Sustainable success is being able to achieve more because you feel good, not in spite of it.
She works with ambitious men and women, professionals and leaders who refuse to choose between health and success. Through her one-to-one coaching, signature group programme, brand and corporate work, she helps her clients rebuild energy, regulate their nervous systems and reclaim the quiet, grounded confidence that makes everything else expand.
